computerized grading
Once your pattern has been stored in our computer system, we will grade all the necessary sizes to your exact specifications. If you need assistance in establishing specs for your product line we can help. We have an extensive database of grade rules for all types of garments and body sizes.
Our grading is performed on either Lectra or Gerber system at your request. All pattern pieces are then checked to ensure seam lines match and grading is accurate. The grading is all performed in-house and done by a highly skilled technician who will help to maintain your products quality in all size ranges.
Once we are confident the pattern is accurate, we can send you a graded size set for approval before moving ahead with production. The patterns may also be sent either electronically via email or on paper.
