Our master pattern-maker has over 35 years of experience in producing patterns of every type.  Everything from a simple T-shirt or Jeans, to fully constructed Jackets.   Our patterns are of the highest quality and special attention is given to detail.   Our patterns will sew properly and without confusion at the factory level.  All garments produced with our patterns will meet the required specifications and will have a desirable fit.

For simple pattern development, we utilize computer aided design to generate the patterns.  We offer computerized patterns in two popular systems:  Gerber Accumark or Lectra Systems.   The benefit of having your patterns stored by computer are:        

                    1.    Improved measurement accuracy

                    2.    The ability to transfer patterns/markers via email  (improved turnaround time)

Once your patterns are stored in our computer system,  we can print out single size patterns OR production markers for shipping to a cutting facility.
